Dave Cullinane - Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), eBay

Dave Cullinane is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for eBay where he is responsible for Global Fraud, Risk and Security strategy and programs to protect eBay and its many global businesses (GSI, StubHub,, etc.). He is an internationally recognized expert on Cyber Security and a frequent speaker at conferences around the world. Dave has been at eBay for 5 years. Prior to joining eBay, Dave was the CISO for one of the largest banks in the United States. Prior to that he was the head of Security for a major insurance company, helped create the security consulting practice at Digital Equipment Corporation, was a law enforcement professional for 9 years and served as a Captain and Instructor Pilot in the USAF. He has more than 30 years of security experience and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a former Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and Certified Protection Professional (CPP).

Dave is a founding member and Chairman of the Board of the Cloud Security Alliance. He is also the current Chairman of the IT-ISAC – an organization for sharing security related information across companies in the IT industry. He is a member of the IT Sector Coordinating Council and the National Council of ISACs. He is an ISSA Fellow, and was recently elected to the ISSA Hall of Fame. He serves on ASIS International's CSO Roundtable Committee and is on the Editorial Advisory Board of CSO Magazine and SC Magazine. He was awarded SC Magazine’s Global Award as Chief Security Officer of the Year for 2005 and CSO Magazine’s 2006 Compass Award as a "Visionary Leader of the Security Profession.” The eBay Security Team was named "Security Team of the Year” by SC Magazine in 2010.

Joe McGrath - Senior Vice President, Information Technologies for Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Joe McGrath is the Senior Vice President of Information Technologies for Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc., a leading pharmaceutical company founded in 2009 through the merger of Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc., and Sepracor Inc. In his 17 years with the company, Mr. McGrath has seen the company grow from 200 employees to over 2,000, and from one approved product, to eight, with over $1B in U. S. revenues. Joe now manages a staff of over 60 IT professionals, with an annual IT budget of over $30M.

Joe has worked in all aspects of IT for over 28 years, starting as a mainframe computer operator, then as a programmer, programmer/analyst, technician, manager, and now as an IT executive. He has a Master of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, and is active as a Conservation Commissioner in Massachusetts.

Prior to his role as publisher, Bragdon served as vice president of event marketing for COMDEX at Key3Media Events where he managed sales, marketing and sponsorships for the six North American Comdex events. He was also responsible for co-developing several security-focused programs and events, providing Bragdon with a first hand look at the evolving security industry. Additionally, Bragdon held various management positions in marketing, sales and product development at SOFTBANK, Ziff-Davis and Cahners Publishing.
