About the Speakers:

Mary Ann Davidson is the chief security officer at Oracle Corporation, responsible for Oracle software security assurance. She represents Oracle on the board of directors of the Information Technology Information Sharing and Analysis Center (IT-ISAC), has been named one of Information Security’s top five “Women of Vision,” is a Federal 100 award recipient from Federal Computer Week, and has been named to the ISSA Hall of Fame, is an ISSA Fellow, and also serves as a Director on the ISSA International Board. She has served on the Defense Science Board and as a member of the Center for Strategic and International Studies Commission on Cybersecurity for the 44th Presidency. She has testified on cybersecurity to the US House of Representatives (Energy and Commerce Committee; Armed Services Committee; and Homeland Security Subcommittee on Emerging Threats, Cybersecurity, and Science and Technology) and the US Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Technology.

Tena Paparelli has been a trusted Security vendor partner in the Southwest US market for over 14 years; first as an Account Manager with Check Point Software, then as a Security Product Specialist with Cisco, and now as a Strategic Account Manager with RSA Security (EMC). Tena strives to understand her client’s business requirements, security posture and risk management needs, to help advance their initiatives. Her experience with a variety of companies, across multiple verticals and regulatory landscapes, provides a unique perspective and value to clients. She continuously brings like-minded Security Professionals together for Collaboration events and is a member of both ISSA and InfraGard.

Kim Ruggiero has held a variety of leadership positions and is a veteran in the area of information technology, currently Strategy Director with Verizon Enterprise Solutions for the Media/Technology/Professional Services Vertical. This position is responsible for strategic client partnering including understanding the client’s business, business vision, developing strategic business plans and how to help increase revenues, decrease expenses and increase productivity. Kim is currently Chair of the Professional Sales Advisory Board for the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University – one of the nation’s largest and top ranked US business schools. Kim developed the curriculum and delivers the Professional Sales and Relationship Management course as Professor of Practice. Kim’s track record of developing and leading new organizations, enabled Kim to become co-founder of UniversCel, a start-up integration company; and subsequently provided leadership in developing new business for solutions provider, DP Sciences, after AT&T. The National Association of Professional Women, Cambridge Who’s Who Registry, Arizona State University, University of Phoenix and AT&T have recognized Kim for her contributions in leadership. Kim is the member of several non-profit and philanthropic organizations; and enjoys travel and golf. Kim was born in Berwyn, IL and raised in Wheaton, IL before attending Illinois Wesleyan University, then transferring to Arizona State University with a BS in Marketing and MBA from University of Phoenix.

Kristy Westphal, currently employed as Director, Risk and Assurance with Vantiv, is a versatile information technology professional of 22 years with specific experience in providing advisory and management services in the area of information security and risk. Prior to that, she was Information Security Officer at Element Payment Services and before that Director, Security Operations for T-Systems North America. Experience in the Information Security field has led to the achievement of CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIPP/US and CRISC. Skilled in troubleshooting and process analysis, specific expertise in security areas includes: risk assessments, security awareness programs, operating system security, network security, incident handling, vulnerability analysis and policy development.

Marnie Wilking has directed Information Security and Operational Risk Programs in the Financial Services industry for more than 15 years, providing a unique set of skills and experience to manage operational risks and improve performance among diverse businesses. She is currently Senior Manager for Security Compliance at Early Warning in Scottsdale, AZ. Previously, she was with Wells Fargo where she held multiple Information Security and Risk Management positions, including technical project and program management; technology consulting; and oversight of Information Security, Vendor Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Records Management programs for various business lines. She began her career with Accenture, providing project and program management services to global Financial Services clients. Ms. Wilking holds the CISSP, CISA, and CISM designations, and is a member of the Phoenix chapters of ISSA and ISACA, as well as the CISO Advisory Council for the ISSA CISO Executive Forum. She holds an MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University (Ohio).
